: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands. Raise and support the vehicle.

Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the radiator.

.

Remove the charge air cooler.   Remove the 2 retaining pins.

.

Install the charge air cooler.   Install the 2 retaining pins.

.

Install the radiator.

.

Connect the battery ground cable.
